At Marked by Liza, all items are custom-made and personalized just for you. Because of the nature of custom products, returns and refunds are not accepted once production has started.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Marked by Liza is not responsible for customer-entered errors such as misspellings, incorrect information, or approved design choices.
