All items are custom-made and personalized to order. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing before shipment, depending on the product and order volume.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the customer’s location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Because each item is made specifically for you, production will begin after all customization details are confirmed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
